By going out into schools and the community, we hope that our people will realise their potential in engineering and see the wide opportunities it offers; but more importantly, why they as young Māori and Pasifika are essential to the engineering world. |

Each year, a new set of volunteers are nominated to serve SPIES to the best of their ability. As the back bone of the SPIES name, every team member is able to give SPIES their own spin, and are able to add on from previous years. They all share a common goal. |
